Ita's Engagement

I had this cake done before I went for my umrah. I didn't managed to post the pictures as I was busy preparing for my departure.

My sister ordered this cake for her friend's daughter. The color theme for her engagement is brown. I used a ready made roses in light orange to go with the brown.

My First Wedding Fondant Cake

This is my first fondant wedding cake. Mona's mum ordered this for his son and she herself used to owned a cake shop. She's busy with the wedding preparation and she wanted me to come out with something simple and sweet. I was so nervous and excited. I used butter cake, I make my own almond paste but as usual I got my fondant from Kak Min of Baking Project.

Since I do not have enough time to make my own flowers, I decided to used the ready made flowers and add some gold beads. I make my own leaves using gum paste.

I still have a lot more to learn.
