Danish, my nephew who is under house quarantine due to a confirmed case of H1N1, celebrated his 10th birthday at Gleaneagles Hospital. He is recovering and now is free from H1N1. Happy Birthday Danish, be a good boy ok.

Princess Hanan's Birthday Cake

My workmate Midi ordered a birthday cake for his princess, Hanan. Hanan fancy Mickey and Winnie the Pooh. I decided to draw Minnie's face.

It's moist chocolate cake. I used butter cream for the toppings. As for the huge ribbon on Minnie's head I used sparkle gel from Wilton. Black colored cream also from Wilton and piping gel for the face. The writing, I used gumpaste and Wilton Jumbo Confetti for the deco.

I hope Hanan likes it. Thanks to Midi for the order and a very Happy Birthday for Princess Hanan.
