Dear Macaroon Lovers

This is my 5th trial in Macaroon making. I always ended up throwing all the macaroons away because I am not happy with the result. Recently, I decided to give it another try. Yes, practice makes perfect. Until I got it right, my Macaroon project will be put on hold.

Once I master this new techniques, got the right texture, the right 'look' and the right set of mind, I will start taking orders. In the meantime, enjoy this.
